or provide medical treatment.

I have informed the therapist about my current health condition,
including any pain, injury, surgery, allergy, swelling,
pregnancy, or medical issue that may affect the session.

If I experience any discomfort or pain during the session,
I will immediately inform the therapist.

lifestyle, and consistency of sessions.

same-gender therapy services.

I agree to the advance payment, cancellation, rescheduling,
package, and membership policies of The Yogitouch.
